Mattress Warranty Help & Brand Warranty Guide | Mattress Central

Manufacturer protection made clearer

Mattress warranty help

We help identify the correct manufacturer process, document the concern, and explain what happens next.

Warranty versus comfort: A warranty addresses covered manufacturing defects. A mattress that simply feels too firm or too soft belongs under the applicable comfort-exchange policy.

Prepare your claim

What you will usually need

Purchase information

Original Mattress Central receipt, purchaser name, delivery address, mattress model and size, and the date the concern was first noticed.

Clear photographs

The full mattress, the concern, measurements without bedding, law labels, frame and support system, foundation or base, and the room around the bed when requested.

Proper support

Manufacturers can deny claims when the mattress was used on an incompatible frame, inadequate center support, damaged foundation, or unapproved base.

Sanitary condition

Stains, contamination, burns, odors, pests, liquid damage, tears, or a removed law label can make a product ineligible for inspection or warranty service.
