What makes a mattress eligible
Required condition
A qualifying mattress protector must be used from the first night. The mattress must be sanitary, undamaged, free of stains and odors, supported correctly, and retain all law labels.
Price and program details
The $175 fee is nonrefundable. If the replacement costs more, the customer pays the difference. If it costs less, Mattress Central refunds the difference less the applicable exchange fee. Closeout mattresses, foundations, adjustable bases, accessories, and warranty replacements are excluded.
Manufacturer protection
10-year limited mattress warranty
A warranty addresses covered defects—not whether the mattress feels too firm or too soft. Coverage, measurements, exclusions, transportation charges, and remedies are determined by the written warranty supplied with the exact model and purchase date.
