What makes a mattress eligible
Required condition
The mattress must be used with a proper base and qualifying protector and remain clean, undamaged, sanitary, and donation-eligible. Law labels must remain attached.
Price and program details
Prior Puffy mattress returns by the customer or household count toward the program limit. Puffy’s direct trial applies only to puffy.com orders; this page states the matched Mattress Central retail program.
Manufacturer protection
Lifetime limited warranty for eligible original purchasers
A warranty addresses covered defects—not whether the mattress feels too firm or too soft. Coverage, measurements, exclusions, transportation charges, and remedies are determined by the written warranty supplied with the exact model and purchase date.
