What makes a mattress eligible
Required condition
The mattress must be opened within 30 days, used with a proper base and qualifying protector, and remain clean, undamaged, sanitary, and donation-eligible. Law labels must remain attached.
Price and program details
Because Avocado programs vary by model, the Mattress Central invoice identifies the applicable window and fee. Original delivery and in-home setup charges are nonrefundable.
Manufacturer protection
Product-specific; the Avocado Green Mattress carries a 25-year limited warranty
A warranty addresses covered defects—not whether the mattress feels too firm or too soft. Coverage, measurements, exclusions, transportation charges, and remedies are determined by the written warranty supplied with the exact model and purchase date.
