What makes a mattress eligible
Required condition
A qualifying mattress protector must be used from the first night. The mattress must be sanitary, undamaged, free of stains and odors, supported correctly, and retain all law labels.
Price and program details
The exchange is issued as credit toward another mattress. The customer pays any upgrade difference. No refund is issued if the replacement is lower priced. Transportation and inspection costs are not covered unless the invoice says otherwise.
Manufacturer protection
Most collections carry a 20-year limited warranty: first 10 years full and the following 10 years prorated; model terms vary
A warranty addresses covered defects—not whether the mattress feels too firm or too soft. Coverage, measurements, exclusions, transportation charges, and remedies are determined by the written warranty supplied with the exact model and purchase date.
