What makes a mattress eligible
Required condition
A qualifying mattress protector must be used from the first night. The mattress must be sanitary, undamaged, free of stains and odors, supported correctly, and retain all law labels.
Price and program details
The exchange fee is nonrefundable and any price difference applies. Foundations, adjustable bases, clearance or floor models, accessories, and warranty replacements are excluded unless the written sales invoice states otherwise.
Manufacturer protection
Warranty term and coverage vary by model; consult the warranty supplied with the mattress
A warranty addresses covered defects—not whether the mattress feels too firm or too soft. Coverage, measurements, exclusions, transportation charges, and remedies are determined by the written warranty supplied with the exact model and purchase date.
