What makes a mattress eligible
Required condition
The mattress must be used with a proper base and qualifying protector and remain clean, undamaged, sanitary, and eligible for pickup or donation. Law labels must remain attached.
Price and program details
Requests may begin after night 30 and must be made by night 120. Prior Helix mattress returns or exchanges by the customer or household count toward the program limit.
Manufacturer protection
Limited Lifetime Warranty; warranty replacements do not receive a new comfort trial
A warranty addresses covered defects—not whether the mattress feels too firm or too soft. Coverage, measurements, exclusions, transportation charges, and remedies are determined by the written warranty supplied with the exact model and purchase date.
